Products Park – Warranty & Other Policies
 1.⁠ ⁠Warranty Coverage

All watches sold by Products Park are covered under a service warranty, where applicable. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional issues related to the watch movement or internal mechanism.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the brand, model, supplier, product category, and product condition.

 2.⁠ ⁠Warranty Period

✅ Service Warranty: Up to 1 year from the date of purchase, where applicable.
✅ Physical Damage Claim: Since all products are checked before dispatch, any claim for physical damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
✅ Replacement Claim: Any claim for manufacturing defect or non-functional issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

The customer must provide the purchase invoice/order confirmation to claim warranty service.

 3.⁠ ⁠What Is Covered

The warranty may cover:

•⁠ ⁠Watch movement/mechanism problem
•⁠ ⁠Timekeeping issue due to internal defect
•⁠ ⁠Non-functioning watch upon delivery
•⁠ ⁠Manufacturing defect verified after inspection

 4.⁠ ⁠What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

•⁠ ⁠Battery replacement, unless specifically mentioned with the model
•⁠ ⁠Strap, chain, belt, glass, case, button, crown, stone, dial, or color fading
•⁠ ⁠Scratches, dents, stains, breakage, or any physical damage
•⁠ ⁠Water damage, moisture damage, or damage caused by improper use
•⁠ ⁠Damage caused by dropping, pressure, accident, mishandling, or unauthorized repair
•⁠ ⁠Normal wear and tear from regular use
•⁠ ⁠Damage caused by perfume, sweat, chemicals, dust, heat, magnetism, or rough usage
•⁠ ⁠Products without invoice/order proof
•⁠ ⁠Products returned after the warranty period

 5.⁠ ⁠Water Resistance Disclaimer

Water resistance does not mean the watch is fully waterproof. In most cases, water resistance means splash resistance only.

Customers are advised not to use the watch while raining, bathing, swimming, washing hands under direct water pressure, or exposing it to heavy moisture unless the product is specifically marked and confirmed as suitable for such use.

Water damage will not be covered under warranty.

 6.⁠ ⁠Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service, customers must contact Products Park with:

•⁠ ⁠Order number or invoice
•⁠ ⁠Clear photo/video of the issue
•⁠ ⁠Product unboxing video, if claiming damage or defect upon delivery
•⁠ ⁠Contact number and delivery address

After receiving the complaint, our team will inspect the issue and confirm whether it qualifies for warranty service.

 7.⁠ ⁠Repair, Replacement or Refund

If the issue is accepted under warranty, Products Park may offer one of the following solutions within a reasonable timeframe:

•⁠ ⁠Replacement with the same model, subject to stock availability
•⁠ ⁠Repair/service of the product
•⁠ ⁠Replacement with an alternative model of similar value
•⁠ ⁠Refund, only if repair or replacement is not possible

The final decision will depend on the product condition, inspection result, warranty eligibility, and stock availability.

 8.⁠ ⁠Delivery Charge for Warranty Claim

For warranty service, customers may need to bear delivery/courier charges unless the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery and verified as a seller-side fault.

 9.⁠ ⁠Return Condition

Returned products must be sent with:

•⁠ ⁠Box and warranty card, as provided
•⁠ ⁠Invoice/order proof
•⁠ ⁠Tags/accessories, if any

Products must not be damaged, used roughly, repaired, altered, or tampered with.

While receiving the product, Products Park reserves the right to check the model number, serial number, product condition, and authenticity to verify the claim.

10.⁠ ⁠Important Note

Warranty service is subject to inspection and approval. Products Park reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the product is found damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, mishandling, unauthorized repair, or violation of warranty conditions.
