1.⁠ ⁠Advance Payment Policy

For products priced above BDT 5,000, Products Park may request up to 50% advance payment before order confirmation or dispatch.

For imported, premium, limited-stock, or pre-order products, advance payment may also be required.

 2.⁠ ⁠Delivery Charge Policy

Delivery charge shall be borne by the customer unless free delivery is specifically declared with the product, model, campaign, or special offer.

Delivery charges may vary depending on location, product type, urgency, and courier service availability.

 3.⁠ ⁠Premium Gift Box Policy

Standard packaging will be provided with the product, where applicable.

Premium, exclusive, or luxury gift boxes may be charged separately for selected models if requested by the customer.

 4.⁠ ⁠Change of Mind Policy

Change of mind, personal preference change, dislike after delivery, or choosing a wrong model by the customer will not be accepted as a valid reason for return, exchange, or refund.

Customers are requested to check the product details, size, color, features, and price carefully before confirming the order.

 5.⁠ ⁠Order Acceptance & Delivery Refusal Policy

Products Park reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order if:

•⁠ ⁠The customer has repeated order cancellation history
•⁠ ⁠The customer has previous non-receiving or return abuse history
•⁠ ⁠The provided contact number or delivery address appears incorrect or incomplete
•⁠ ⁠The order appears suspicious, fake, or high-risk
•⁠ ⁠Product stock, price, or delivery availability changes unexpectedly

This decision will be made only to ensure safe and fair business operations.

 6.⁠ ⁠Special & Urgent Delivery Policy

For special, urgent, same-day, or priority delivery requests, additional premium service charge and delivery charge may be applicable.

Such delivery will depend on courier availability, location, stock readiness, and operational feasibility.

 7.⁠ ⁠Imported Product Policy

For imported, pre-order, or specially sourced products, delivery time may vary. The estimated delivery timeline will be informed to the customer before order confirmation.

Advance payment may be applicable for imported or pre-order products.

Once an imported or pre-order product is confirmed and processed, change of mind, cancellation, return, or refund will not be accepted, unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

 8.⁠ ⁠Stock & Price Change Policy

Product availability and price may change without prior notice due to supplier price changes, stock limitations, currency fluctuation, or import cost variation.

If any price or stock issue occurs after order placement, Products Park will inform the customer before processing the order.

 9.⁠ ⁠Product Image & Color Disclaimer

Product images are used for display purposes. Actual product color, shade, size, strap texture, dial tone, or packaging may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, or supplier batch differences.

Such minor variation will not be considered a defect.

10.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch. Once the product is dispatched, cancellation may not be accepted.

For advance-paid, imported, pre-order, or specially arranged products, cancellation may not be accepted after confirmation.

11.⁠ ⁠Delivery Attempt Policy

Customers are requested to receive the product within the courier delivery schedule.

If delivery fails due to wrong address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive, the customer may need to bear additional delivery or return charges for re-delivery.

12.⁠ ⁠Final Decision

For any return, exchange, warranty, refund, or delivery-related matter, Products Park will review the issue based on product condition, order record, customer communication, supplier policy, and warranty eligibility.

Products Park reserves the right to make the final decision in line with its business policy and applicable customer service standards.
Before Order Confirmation – Important Notes
Delivery Charge & COD Order
Unless free delivery is offered, the delivery charge will be applicable as per location. For products below BDT 5,000, we may request the delivery charge in advance to confirm COD orders smoothly.
Advance Payment & Additional Services
For products above BDT 5,000, imported/pre-order items, premium gift box, urgent delivery, or special delivery service, advance payment or additional charge may be applicable.
Product Checking & Physical Damage Claim
Every watch is checked carefully before dispatch. We kindly request customers to check the product in front of the delivery person. For any physical damage claim, a clear unboxing video is required, and the issue should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Manufacturing Defect & Service Warranty
If there is any manufacturing defect or non-functional issue, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Service warranty will be provided as per the specific model, brand, or offer, and will cover mechanism-related manufacturing defects only.
Model Confirmation & Return/Exchange
We request customers to check and confirm the model before placing the order. Return or exchange for change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preference after delivery may not be accepted.
